Refund Policy

At mobi.contact, we want you to be fully satisfied with your digital showcase page. Below are the conditions applicable to our digital services.

1. Free Trial Period

To allow you to test all of our features without any risk, we offer a 30-day trial period with no credit card required. Payment is only necessary if you decide to keep your showcase page online after this period.

2. Right of Withdrawal (Digital Services)

In accordance with Article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code (and European directives on digital goods), the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered immediately after payment.

By confirming your subscription, you gain instant access to our premium services. Therefore, you acknowledge that the performance of the service begins immediately and you expressly waive your right of withdrawal.

3. Refund Conditions

Given the digital nature of the service and the immediate availability of the editing tools:

No refunds will be granted after the annual subscription payment has been processed.
In the event of cancellation during the year, your showcase page will remain active until the anniversary date of your payment, but no pro-rata refund will be issued.

4. Exceptions (Commercial Gestures)

Because we are a human-sized company, we review exceptional requests (e.g., accidental double billing) upon receiving an email at info@mobi.contact within 48 hours following the transaction.

5. PayPal Disputes

We strongly encourage our users to contact us directly before opening a dispute on PayPal. An amicable solution is always preferred to resolve any technical or billing issue.
